Dirt, branches, and especially stones are the primary causes of premature wear and belt breakage on E-Ride Pros. With our expertise in industrial design, we have developed the JW Integrated Belt Protection Kit.
This 3-piece kit provides a true shield around your drivetrain, drastically extending the life of your belt (or preventing oil splashes on your disc if you have switched to a primary chain kit). The alloy of rigid and flexible materials allows it to withstand the worst off-road stresses.
- 1x Rigid Upper Protection (PLA-CF): Printed with carbon fiber-filled filament for extreme heat and impact resistance. (Supplied with its 2 fixing screws).
- 1x Rigid Lower Protection (PLA-CF): Protects the engine pulley from direct ground debris, still with the extreme rigidity of PLA-CF.
- 1x Flexible Mud Flap (3mm): Designed from an ultra-resistant 3mm thick flexible material, it blocks projections from the rear wheel without risking breakage in case of friction or violent impact. (Supplied with 3 Rislan cable ties for quick assembly).
- French Design & Manufacturing: JW Shop industrial design, printed on the latest generation machines.
