Front Brake Hose Guide Kit / E-MOTO
The JW hose guide kit is designed to guide your brake lever hose and prevent it from deforming during fork compression, just like on real motocross bikes. It is compatible with various brake models (please check compatibility with your specific model). Installation requires removing the existing hose and may include replacing the olive and bleeding the brake, depending on your brake model.

Kit contents:
- A rigid tube
- A hose guide
- A fitting
- A tube support
- Two heat-shrink sleeves (10 and 7 mm)
- Two cable ties

Materials needed (not included):
- Heat gun or hairdryer
- Pliers, scissors or utility knife
- Bleed kit (if necessary)
- Replacement hose olive (if necessary)

Assembly instructions:
- Install the hose guide.
- Wrap the zip tie around the hose guide.
- Cut the zip tie.
- Rotate the zip tie to hide the head.
- Install the fork protection bracket and position the zip tie.
- Cut the zip tie and rotate the head to hide it.
- Pass the rigid tube inside the hose guide and into the tube bracket.
- Mark the rigid tube 15mm above the hose guide, then cut it.
- Pass the hose through the tube bracket and the rigid tube.
- Install the fitting.
- Install the 10mm heat shrink tubing.
- Heat the tubing to shape it.
- Slide the 7mm tubing as low as possible.
- Heat the tubing.
- Connect the hose to the front brake master cylinder.
Important note: Please refer to your brake's instructions for specific instructions regarding olive replacement and bleeding the braking system. Installation of this kit requires basic mechanical skills. If in doubt, please consult a professional.
