Installation Instructions for Talaria MX3 and MX4:
-
1. Siting and Preparation (MX4 Models)
Locate the gearbox breather hose, which runs up the frame from the crankcase.
- For MX4 models: If the original clamp ring is still present, remove it. To do this, disconnect the hose from both clamps, release the original clamp ring and one-way valve, then slide the ring off the hose.
-
2. Assembly of the Warp 9 System
Loosen the top Allen bolt that secures the breather hose clamp slightly, just enough to be able to remove the hose. Before cutting the breather hose off the gearbox, install the Warp 9 breather system onto the top clamp.
-
3. Adjustment and Connection
Cut the gearbox vent hose to the required length (approx. 52 mm / 2 inches from the top of the lower collar). Then push the vent hose as far as possible onto the new Warp 9 kit valve.
