Optimize the transmission of your E-Ride Pro SR and 3.0 with our aluminum sprocket with a 428 pitch, specially designed for this machine. If you find that the original 58-tooth sprocket "revs" too much and limits your top speed, our 50 and 54-tooth options are the perfect upgrade to transform your bike's performance.
Reducing the sprocket size allows you to lengthen your gearing. The result? Less raw torque at startup, but a higher top speed and an engine that operates at a lower RPM at cruising speed, which can improve efficiency and riding comfort on fast sections.
Each sprocket is precision machined from high-quality aluminum to ensure lightness, strength, and a flawless finish.
Main Features:
-
Transmission Optimization: Allows for longer gearing for higher top speed.
-
Manufacturing Quality: Machined from high-strength aluminum for an excellent weight/durability ratio.
-
Specific Chain Pitch: Designed for a 428 pitch chain, like the original on the E-Ride Pro SR and 3.0.
-
Racing Look: Hollowed-out design for weight reduction and a sleek aesthetic.
Choose Your Gearing (via options):
-
50-Tooth Variant (50T) – "Maximum Extension":
-
Use: Ideal for rolling terrain, large tracks, fast trails, and for those seeking maximum top speed. Significantly reduces "revving" at high speeds.
-
Effect: Significantly lengthens the gearing.
-
-
54-Tooth Variant (54T) – "The Versatile Choice":
-
Use: The perfect compromise. Offers a noticeable gain in extension and top speed compared to the original (58T), while maintaining excellent torque for more technical sections and climbs.
-
Effect: Lengthens the gearing in a balanced way.
-
Note on Chain Length:
By reducing the size of your sprocket, it will most likely be necessary to shorten your original chain or replace it with a shorter chain. Be sure to adjust the length correctly to maintain adequate tension. You can find a reinforced chain here.
A word from Jo & Will:
The E-Ride Pro SR is a machine with plenty of power. The only criticism we could level at it was the original 58-tooth sprocket, which made it rev a bit too high on fast tracks. So, we selected these two options to remedy that. The 54-tooth is the smart choice, the best compromise for us: you gain speed without sacrificing torque for climbing. For those who ride a lot on fast tracks or want to achieve maximum speed, the 50-tooth transforms the bike into a missile. In both cases, it's a simple upgrade that really changes the character of the machine.
