Performance and design combined
The design is minimalist and retains the original swingarm line to perfectly integrate with the motorcycle. Designed by riders for riders.
An ultra-rigid and resistant motocross-style swingarm, while maintaining a light weight and the Light-Bee's DNA. It combines an advanced manufacturing process with functional innovations.
It is made of 6061 T6 aluminum, then heat-treated after welding to maintain maximum hardness. The two arms are made of forged aluminum, then CNC machined. The central part is extruded, then CNC machined.
It weighs 400 g more than the original and offers 3.5 times more rigidity.
The thicknesses have been optimized to be effective where stresses are present.
The swingarm is a single piece and retains the original size so as not to distort the Light-Bee in terms of responsiveness. Maintaining its playful and manageable side was a priority for us.
The swingarm and rear wheel axle are made of grade 5 titanium, making them both lighter and much more resistant than the original ones.
A latest generation plastic mudguard, used in motocross, is provided. A design in the IZI Brothers DNA.
The ultra-light disc guard is supplied with adjustable stainless steel inserts for use with 203 and 220 mm discs.
The base is made of 6061 T6 aluminium and the disc guard is made of nylon. An angle folds down under the disc to provide more protection for the disc.
The chain guide is essential for keeping a straight chain, avoiding unexpected derailment, and also preventing chain noise from hitting the metal.

Chain tensioners allow you to use only one wrench to tighten the rear wheel.
The body is made of 6061 T6 aluminum, the axle passage is titanium, and the Lollipop is made of titanium.
