The E-Ride Pro frame is exposed to shocks at the engine mounting tabs. To address this, we have completely redesigned our flagship protection to create Version 2 (V2) of our JW Frame Bumpers.

Thanks to a new precision 3D design, the original skid plate screw now passes directly through the bumper. The result is perfect integration, absolute mechanical support, and a clean "Factory" look. The part becomes one with the motorcycle.

V2 Features
  • Integrated Mounting (V2 New Feature): The bumper is sandwiched between the skid plate and the frame, secured by the original screw for unshakeable strength.
  • Flexible TPU Material: Printed in high-quality Thermoplastic Polyurethane. Unlike hard plastic that breaks, TPU absorbs impact energy and returns to its shape.
  • JW Signature: "JW" logo proudly integrated into the 3D print, attesting to the authenticity of our design.
  • 100% Compatible: Perfectly fits E-Ride Pro SS (2.0 & 3.0) and SR equipped with the original skid plate.

The V1 of our bumpers did the job very well with its zip ties, but with our design background, we are big perfectionists. We wanted something "cleaner," that looked like a factory part. We went back to CAD software to redesign the part so that the original skid plate screw passes directly through. This requires more printing precision, but the result is there: it will never move and it looks magnificent. It's exactly these kinds of small engineering details that we love to develop for our customers.

ℹ️ About Manufacturing (TPU): JW Shop performs all its prints with high-end machines. As TPU is a rubbery and flexible material, its FDM printing may show very slight "stringing" or small surface irregularities compared to hard plastic. This is completely normal for this material and does not in any way alter the incredible shock absorption capacity of the part.
