When you think "electric motorcycle for kids," you often imagine a plastic toy that struggles to go uphill. Forget all that. With the E-Ride Pro Mini, the American brand has just dropped a real bomb in the playground... and in our workshop!
Curious to see what the SR's little sister had under the hood, we went for a model. The result of the unboxing? We are shocked.
"Big" Specs
What's striking as soon as you open the box is the quality of the components. It's a far cry from the usual "Pit Bike" standard:
- Power: 6kW peak for only 49 kg. The power-to-weight ratio is insane (it's a rocket!).
- Battery: A 60V 30Ah. To give you an idea, that's the same voltage and capacity as an original Sur-Ron Light Bee! So, the range for a child (or a playful adult) is enormous.
- Chassis: Fastace fork and shock (just like on the SR!), 4-piston hydraulic brakes, Kenda tires... This is professional-grade equipment.
For Kids... and "Big Kids"?
Although it's sized for the youngest riders (14/12 inch wheels), the build quality is such that it can withstand an adult's antics without flinching. With adjustable footrests and an MTB-style handlebar, it's perfect for having fun in the garden or on a small pump track.
